Terms of service

Last updated: November 2, 2026. These are the rules for using and subscribing to Rutbot.

The service

  • • Rutbot is a tool that checks your store and suggests improvements so it shows up on Google and in AI answers.
  • • Every suggestion is shown to you, and no change reaches your store without your approval.
  • • We do not promise a specific ranking: search results are controlled by Google and the AI models, and no number is guaranteed.

Your account

  • • You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password safe, and for every action taken from your account.
  • • One account per store. We need a valid email to reply to you and notify you.
  • • You can close your account from the dashboard or ask for deletion from the contact page.

Connecting your store

  • • You connect through your store platform's app store with limited permissions that you approve.
  • • You are responsible for any change applied to your store after your approval, and you can undo or edit it from the dashboard.
  • • You can revoke Rutbot's access from your store platform at any time, and the service stops writing to your store.

Connecting Google

  • • Connecting Search Console and GA4 is optional and read-only. You approve it on Google's screen and can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or your Google account settings.
  • • We use Google data only to show your store's performance and prioritise improvements, as described in the privacy policy.

Generated content

  • • Generated text and articles are suggestions: review them before publishing, and you are responsible for publishing them in your store.
  • • Do not publish wrong information (prices, specifications, return promises) - Rutbot does not know your stock or your terms.
  • • Content generated for your store is yours to use, and we do not claim ownership of it.

Subscription and payment

  • • Prices are monthly in Saudi riyals (or the equivalent in your currency), with no contract, and you can cancel at any time.
  • • The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops renewal from the following month.
  • • If you go over the allowed number of products, we alert you before changes stop.
  • • The free plan needs no card, and its limits may change under fair use.

Prohibited use

  • • Use Rutbot only on stores you own or are authorised to manage.
  • • Not allowed: sending bulk messages to customers through us, trying to find security holes, or putting repeated load on store platform APIs.
  • • Not allowed: publishing content that breaks the law or other people's rights through the service.

Limitation of liability

  • • The service is provided as is: we do not guarantee it will run without interruption, or any ranking results.
  • • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage.
  • • Actions by Google, store platforms or AI models are outside our control.

Changes

  • • We change these terms with a notice on the site or by email before the change takes effect.
  • • Continuing to use the service after the notice means you accept the new version.
  • • We may stop the service or return to an earlier version of the terms with notice.
